What services do you offer?
I offer a range of artistic services including custom paintings, illustrations, logo design, cover art, and branding.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Completion times depend on the complexity and size of the project. For instance, small illustrations may take a few days, while larger paintings or detailed branding projects can take several weeks. Specific timelines will be provided once we discuss your project in more detail.
Can you accommodate rush orders or tight deadlines?
Depending on my current workload and the complexity of the project, I may be able to accommodate rush orders or tight deadlines. Additional fees may apply for expedited services. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your timeline and availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the project.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete the project.
How do I make a payment?
I accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, PayPal, or other secure online payment platforms. A deposit or partial payment may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Specific payment terms will be discussed and outlined in our agreement.
What is your preferred communication method during the project?
I typically prefer communication via email or direct messaging to ensure clarity and maintain a written record of our discussions. However, I am open to scheduling phone calls or video chats if needed.

What mediums do you work with?
I work with oil and acrylic, depending on the desired style and texture. I also offer mixed media pieces if you’re interested in a more dynamic and layered effect.
What should I provide for a custom painting?
For custom paintings, I’ll need reference images (if applicable) and a clear description of your vision. The more details you provide, the better I can match your expectations.
What is the average turnaround for a painting?
It usually takes 3-5 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the piece.
Is overseas shipping available?
As more international orders become available, accommodation for those interested in purchasing physical pieces will be in place.

What is needed for a commission?
Ideas, anecdotes, inspiration, mood board, photos, and anything else included in your ideal vision are ideal, but not required. This will be discussed during the consultation request. After confirming an order, a contract will be sent for your viewing and signature. The document entails the time frame of project, limitations, and standard information for the continuation of service.
Can you recreate work for me in someone else’s style?
No.
