All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.
Status of Order
You will be notified by email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
If your order remains in pre-shipment for longer, allow for at least a week before contacting me. USPS may have missed scanning your label before leaving its initial location. However, your package is still out for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.
Deliveries to overseas countries depend on overseas postal and delivery services. The estimated delivery time is between 6-25 days. With holiday periods, delays may be anticipated. Restrictions and operating constraints are causing delays in most countries.
Some countries are not currently accepting parcels.
Fewer international flights means some items may be delayed.
Items may be held longer than usual by overseas customs authorities.
Unfortunately, I may not be able to ship to every country. If I am unable to process your order, I will notify you and refund your order in full.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These costs as they vary country to country.
ARTWORK
All art prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time is separate from the allotted time for processing and shipping.
For original paintings, please allow 1-3 business days for the item to be delivered after being notified of shipment.
LOST/MISPLACED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for packages that may be lost or misplaced by the carrier through transit. Contact USPS or go to your local post office to request a missing mail search. After a package has been delivered, I am not liable for the events that may occur after.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, thus returns and refunds are not offered. If any mistake is made on my end, it will be resolved on my behalf. Exchanges are offered if an item arrives damaged or bent, and your order will be reshipped to you.
