Michaela Baldwin is a multidisciplinary artist and writer, born and raised in Mississippi. She began her journey as a self-taught artist in 2019. As a young child, her exploration of creativity began with crafting through sewing, crochet, and jewelry making. She employs mediums like acrylics, oils, sculpting, digital illustrating, and writing to weave narratives that not only share untold stories but also celebrate the strength and resilience of black women. She explores emotional narratives through stimulating a person’s ego and perception.
